Elia Saltarello UI UX Designer
I graduated from the University of Padua with a degree in Communication, where I first explored design through print and illustration projects. After graduation, I worked as a front-end developer for just over a year, which sparked my passion for UI and UX design.

Driven by a desire to learn more, I moved to Paris to further my education and advance my career. I enrolled in the French Master’s program in UI/UX Design, a collaboration between Sorbonne Université and Campus Fonderie de l’Image. Among the courses I took, my favorites were Project Management, User Interface Design, Visual Culture, Ergonomics, and UX Design Methodology. While studying in Paris, I also had the opportunity to attend several conferences and participate in two hackathons organized by CFI.

While completing my studies, I worked in alternance at Rainbow, a fast-growing Parisian startup focused on combating climate change. As the first designer hired, I was responsible for managing and creating the design of their flagship products—the MRV and the Registry—when the team was still only five people.

Now, I work as a Freelance UI/UX Designer. My approach to design is to deliver more with less: I believe simplicity and minimalism are key to creating powerful, functional, and memorable experiences.

I’m highly proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Notion, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. My skill set spans from SEO best practices to front-end coding in HTML, CSS, and C#.
